LOL! You never stop lying in service of your beloved empire. Yes, we have "allowed" them to handle their trash collection in areas we don't control (that's most of the country).

Iraq is far worse off now compared to its state before we attacked. In every facet of life. The infrastructure is shattered. Education is worse. Health care is worse. The economy is worse. Religious freedom is diminished. Sovereignty has been eliminated. Foreign policy is worse. The only exception is internal political freedom, where the situation is about the same.
