OT: I have never insulted a poster on SI - but I've been tempted<G>. I don't know if some of these guys are brainwashed or are intentionally acting obtuse. It is definitely a scary mindset. We have been "fortunate" to see two examples of human behavior in the last decade that I've only previously read about. The first was the stock market bubble. Luckily I recognized what was happening and profited both on the way up and the way down. The second is the rise of Nationalism in the US. No one profits from this second phenomenon. We need to nip it in the bud. Most of the rabid participants don't even recognize what they are doing, just like previous examples in history. And that is downright scary.
