Without some form of trial or something, and zero explanation as to how it was decided that a captured person in Afghanistan should go to Guantanamo, how do you even know there are any Jihadists there? I'm not saying the proof of their crime/guilt doesn't exist, I'm just saying I have seen zero of it. A couple of Rummie's jihadists were in their 70s. They were finally released when there was an outcry. That was the same with three 14 year olds. It was estimated at least a third of the detainees in Guantanamo were not jihadists at all. ted
