You must be using something other than Internet Explorer ... maybe Netscape. IE apparently ignores rules="all" when cellspacing="0".

I chose percent because I don't like anything that smacks of hard-coding if it can be avoided.

I might later expand the choices to include the percent signs and also add pixel widths in increments of 50, though.
