NC,
I am a harsh judge indeed and suffer the american (1960's) disease of instant gratification. However this does not change the fact that this admin has been less than forthright with the american people regarding the iraq war. The American people can handle the truth. We realize we are at war and would be forgiving to bush if the arrogant face of this admin was removed--exit cheney, rummy, for God sakes someone should have gone.
OTOH, Kerry has fumbled so much, it will be hard to give him the ball at all. Big game on Thursday and this race can get real close again if kerry does well. My feeling is that bush should keep attacking but be far more contrite about iraq war. There are still 35 days to go and a more human face vs kerrys flip flop might just assure victory. Mike
