If you're close to Cal-Poly Pomona the Real Estate Research Council luncheon meetings are usually well worth the $35.

If you need the information on California real estate markets the volume and quality of the information you get from the RERC can't be obtained elsewhere at any price.

I understand Bruce Norris made a good case for far lower home prices and a 15 fold increase in foreclosures at the September 2 meeting. After looking at his website I see the $35 for lunch pales against the $597 to $1,800 he normally charges to hear his comments, which I certainly wouldn't have paid.

bozwood,

I'm amazed at the number of commercial properties available for sale or lease on Woodward Ave. And, I'm starting to see "reduced" signs. And they are still building MORE office buildings!

So I pull into Oakridge Market today (the one on 11 mile near downtown R.O.), and as I'm walking to the door this older lady says, "closed, closed, god I miss it". Wow, how could this place go out of business?

Bush's recovery must be somewhere else.

Good Trading
