There are French troops and African Union troops on the ground under the UN. Five African countries that have set up refugee camps. I posted what the US wants to do....they want to have a "blueprint". What appears to be the problem with most Americans is that they read American news sources [perhaps understandable]. American news sources are extremely American centric. If it doesn't involve the US right now, they generally don't publish the story. Britain was well ahead of the US in bringing the issue to the UN.

What is the rule you operate by, it is imperative for the US to charge in unilaterally into other countries to do regime change if and only if we have no interests involved?

Something above, ~if you're of benefit to the US you're permitted to rape, torture, displace, and murder as many people and in any way you want.
