SH was no threat. In the first days of the Bush admin., Condi Rice and Colin Powell even said so. He was under our thumb, crushed by a very effective and comparitively cheap sanctions regieme that cost NO American lives. None of his neighbors feared him. I have no idea why Bush invaded Iraq, but it WASN'T because Saddam was ANY kind of a threat.
