No no, Bush has LOST the war. Removing Saddam from power was the easy part for a military 100 times as powerful as Saddam's. Bush never put any thought into what happens next and that was always the most difficult problem. Contrast to Afghanistan where we had a Karzai and Northern Alliance ready to help, plus many allies of all types at our side, plus NATO to move in a peace keep. No, Bush lost the war for three reasons:

1) No long range planning
2) false assumptions, believing his own propaganda
3) Alienating way too many allies
4) Being impatient
5) Not realizing the wrong invasion would make Al Qaida and the Jihad movement stronger, not weaker
