I am not suggesting they quit working at the same time. They do not. They quit little by little, and after returning home, refer the people who live in the same village do NOT come since it does not worth it. Chinese are the best referrers if you do not know<g>

Although if those sweatshop owners in costal cities go further north or southwest to the inner areas, they can still find some people willing to work cheap. But the supply is getting tight.
