Tommaso, Can I ask if you filled out the residency declaration for EEE or is your broker taking care of it. EEE sent me some form but since the stocks are held electronically by broker does not have any certificate numbers. I called Compushare in Canada and they said to put any identifying number in the form. I now think that since my broker is holding the securities they need to fill out the form but I'm also thinking maybe this will be taken care of by my broker automatically, like what happened with PGH converting to PGFa.

How about you?

TIA

David
