Very small letters.... at bottom of page as I went back to check. Let me say in defense of the OLDSTERS who messed up the CHADS.. to all you youngsters out there. It ain't fun getting old. The reflexes aren't the same, the EYE ARE NOT THE SAME...and even the brain suffers lapses.. SO, if there is anyone to fool... or confuse... IT WILL BE THE STATE OF THE RETIREES... I will take responsibility for my error... as I said two votes both different cancelled everything out. HOWEVER... I don't know what absentee ballots are like from other states but one should be warned.
