Yes. His tax cuts gave some tiny little bit of benefit to the average man along with the huge benefits to the wealthy.

Again it's a simple point. No one is 100%. As bad as Bush is it is not truth to paint anyone 100% black or white.

To actually substatiate your point you could go through his policies and point out the lopsidedness of benefit toward the wealthy. That is a defendable strategy. To say he is 100% is not.
