Hi Gary, I saw your posting on Candian Wellsite about the financing you are looking for the gas and wellservicing company. I work with a group of people each with a specific niche which I have specified below. I myself will shortly become their commodity desk for buying and selling commodities such as; Oil, Fuels, Sugar, etc.... and they have an investor they work with looking to invest $ 1 million - $ 3 million dollars in startup business ventures with good growth prospects. This group has experience with oil project as they are about to close on an $ 8 billion dollar proof of funds project that one of major Wall Street Investment Banks that I am not allowed to name for confidentiality reason is going to fund for them. Please read below and let me know if this is something that you think would be a good fit for this company. As I mentioned about this group currently has an investor looking to invest in new business startups from $ 1 milion - $ 3 million dollars in any industry where the new company has prospects for a good rate of return where the company is willing to give up an equity stake in return for the investment. They don't have alot of hurdles to invest only that they have a product or service with good growth prospects and are open to giving up an equity stake in their company which not every company is willing to do. The company must also be willing to become publicly traded and give up an equity stake as this is not a traditional loan or loan term. I would need an Executive Summary with a breakdown of the "Use of Funds" for an initial review.
