I have a client that has invested in SE Oakland County real estate for years. He is out now and recently has been looking in Florida. Good time to scoop up some commercial property if the location is good.

I lived and worked in your area for 25 years and I was always making money hand over fist or just weeks from a shopping cart. Totally Boom/ Bust. Detroit has always been a boom/bust place. I left 10 years ago because of my thoughts about industrial cities and the future of America. We discussed what is playing out in the rust belt in my graduate studies at Wayne 25 years ago. Detroit just never made the adjustments it needed.
