Whomever wrote it.. the paper published it and the people of the hometown of TEXAS will read it. They might have the same feelings as you.

I, for one, wish he would stop casting his net so wide. Phrases like 'Axis of evil' and 'Crusade' reveal an ideology that invites my caution more than support. He has been somewhat humbled over the past couple of years though, I hope.
