The new SI runs like grease lightening on a dual Mac G5, OSX 10.4. I love it. JH

jrhana,

I have been considering the Norton suite. I think I'll pick up a copy on your rec.

I agree that SI is faster, and I'm reasonably certain that SI had nothing to do with the recent wave of spywhere. It is odd, but probably nothing more.

Windows System Restore is a great feature. It has saved me from myself many times.

Good Trading

TH

Incidently I was unable to install the Windows SP2 update but I think I don't need it.

My SP2 download failed several times while being transmitted automatically. I turned off Windows Update and reviewed all the documentation about preparing for SP2. Found out that I had to go to the PC maker's site first and install a bunch of fixes and new drivers. After that I successfully downloaded SP2 and installed it. Things are working much better now, and the popup blocker is nice. I still have a few minor issues to work on.
