I am not sure. I think Jay won't buy it now<g> perhaps you should not either<g> It is the developer who gets the fat.

Although I think the real estate price in Beijing will keep going up (maybe not as fast as the last 2-3 years) until before 2008 Olympic Game. After that, will be stop and may even going down a little bit. But the demand is there. Right now Beijing has a pop. of 14 million or so, and they want to develop it into a 30 million people city. And there are only so much land.
