Sovereign nations develop weapons. Especially when there are rogue whackos like Bush running around incompetently toppling government, creating horrendous chaos and then saying, 'shucks, I hope it all works out.' Bush is a mentally unstable rogue. Listen to his idiotic pronouncements (a la Baghdad Bob) about the situation in Iraq. Elections? Elections? People are fleeing the country! Sewage is running in the streets! Who cares about elections when you're running from daily shooting sprees? 2300 attacks in 30 days. Bush is grossly incompetent and you're just buying his propaganda drivel while Iraq descends into more chaos sucking our troops, the region and our treasury with it. Can't you see the truth?
