Little David Little David was in his fourth-grade class when the teacher asked the children what their fathers did for a living. All the typical answers came up -- fireman, cook, policeman, janitor, journalist, salesman, doctor, garbage man, lawyer, etc.. David was uncharacteristically quiet, so the teacher asked him about his father. "He's an exotic dancer in a gay cabaret and other men put money in his underwear. Sometimes he'll go home with a guy." The teacher, obviously shaken, set the other children to work on some exercises and took David aside, asking, "Is that really true about your father?" "No," said David, "He works for the Kerry campaign, but I was too embarrassed to say that in front of the other kids."

There are several religiuos and political factions struggling for power. It's not like you kill 10 guys and everyone will be happy. As soon as US troops pull out there will be civil war. Which will most likely end up with a failed state split into several areas. With Shiite areas under the influence of Iran, Suni areas under influence of Syria and Kurds more or less autonomous in the north. The impression that this administration is giving that there are only a few people resisting is bullshit. This place will be heaven for terrorist breeding and extreme Islam. There is no way US can leave. What a mess.
