Good luck with everything regarding the potential move. Unfortunately, it seems Euroland is going to take the brunt of all the games being played in Asia and here. 1.30 looks possible.

I have thought about shorting the homebuilders as well. What's the saying: the hardest trade is usually the right trade? Or, at least, something like that.

If you don't mind me asking, do you work for a T1 or Big3 company?
