I am still trying to get a handle on todays insane treasury and eurodollar action. After being up 5 then down 9, eurodollars are
back to +2.

150,000 treasuries were dumped today right into what was strong treasury news (piss poor jobs).

My understanding is that some govt agency(fnm????) was doing some strange convexity trade and treasury traders were getting crucified.

Will report more when I know anything.

Yes, I agree that something feels weird here...weirder than normal, which says a lot in this bizarre environment.

Of course, nothing bad will happen before the elections, or so I have heard about a billion times <g>
