To me he couldn't be MORE clear. Where did he say increases threaten the economy? He says it reshuffles it, helps deal with the maladjustments. It's the same circular argument we have here about maladjustments and imbalances, so either you understand that concept or don't, or choose to ignore it. Low rates now aggrevate imbalances and make the economy worse.
