LOL! Typical Kamp Kerry tactics. They negotiated the
specifics of the debate for days. Kerry's top legal minds
were employed for this crucial point in the campaign. Both
sides sign a formal agreement.

Team Kerry waits until a few hours before the debate to
inappropriately change the rules to favor their candidate.
They even threaten to remove the lights, "We'll do what we
have to".....

I see that rules & fair play do not apply to Kamp Kerry.
