Well that's the US justice system. If you don't like it, vote for someone that wants to change it. Frankly, I don't get your point. My point is that you can have one system for civil and criminal domestic law, a different (harsher) system for conventional war / war crimes, and yet another, much harsher for something like Al Qaeda. All this time and you still don't understand the nature of a democracy. Frankly, Joe, you are out of line. We are not hypocrites nor do we have special treatment for different groups of people! One size fits all has been fine for over 200 years.
