Joe Scarborough says Kerry plainly won. And he did. Not even close. Bush didn't lay a glovbe on Kerry. Kerry played it cool and smart. Staying on the high road, Kerry made Bush look like an incompetent amateur blowing it in Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran and North Korea. Even Bush's few accomplishments, Kerry could have done better.
