Was that anger or confusion and resignation. Kerry threw out a lot of "gotchas", and bruised Bush. Towards the end, Bush was almost cloyingly obsequious when he spoke about Kerry, how nice his girls were to Barbara and Jenna. Bush just could not pull this off. He was outclassed, and his lack of knowledge became glaringly apparent. Although, I was just over at GWB board reading some of the usual suspects' views, and they are obviously blinded by their Kerry-hatred. Oh, well.

I was just reading that on the radio, Kerry "cleaned up". It will be interesting to see the write-up on this debate. Hands down, Kerry won. And he won in an area the rightwingers thought Bush would prevail. Next week, it's the economy. Bush has nothing to say. His lies and empty rhetoric won't stand up against a truth any of us could easily deliver. And by "us", I don't mean the righties here. :)
