I thought Pres Bush explained his strategy well on No Korea. Kerry proposed international conferences to solve all problems. Doesn't that remind you of business managers who hold endless meetings & never get the job done? That would be a Pres Kerry--all talk, no action.

I recall that Communist China actually declared war and attacked North Korea after the 1954 armstice even though Kim Jong Il's father was a close personal friend of Josef Stalin and the Chinese and Russians were still the best of comrades.
