I, quite frankly, was skeptical as to how Kerry would do in this environment. Did you notice how he consistently finished his thoughts on time, whereas Bush was the one who kept going overtime? How, if you didn't know beforehand, you'd say that Kerry was the President and Bush the challenger based on their presence?

Boy, the President's spin meisters got their hand full...

That's not fair! To the hard working intelligent assistant managers of JC Penny's all across this great land of ours :-)

The way Bush handled himself in the debates it makes me wonder how embarrassed one woud be if you were a fly on the wall when he was meeting with the heads of state of other countries. I recall the press conference after the King of Jordan came to visit, a very intelligent articulate clear speaker of fluent English. What's that? They don't even speak English in Jordan.
