But, Mary, there is a hundred thousand times more action in the bush leagues of the world than in the big leagues.

Bush plays to the bush league crowds because that's where the votes are.

Kerry plays to the big league crowds because that's where the money is. And when Theresa leaves him after he proves himself to be a loser big-time, Kerry will need some other rich and foolish keeper to court.
