one good thing came out of it is that bush's camp learned that they can not ignore kerry's attacks.

The President of the US by direction of the US Constitution, MUST provide for the "Common Defense". President Bush is doing this.

The Congress is responsible for allocating (or not) funds for domestic issues and agenda's.

Kerry wants to spend the Defense money on domestic agenda's and issues.

Interesting.
