Depends on

A) what he does when he's prez, and

B) whether we either convict this administration of war crimes, or turn them over to the World Court. As it is, these guys are pretty much trapped in the US for the rest of their lives, because they, like Henry the K and Pinochet, will be considered criminals in most countries.
