Kerry was a superior debater last night on the Iraq war because he had truth and reality on his side. No debater can make a silk purse out of a sows ear. The fundamental beliefs and postiions of the debaters determine the credibility of their points. Bush has nothing but lies and deception on his side. Kerry simply pointed out these lies and deceptions and provided a clear alternative to Bush's failed presidency.

The Bush campaign has spent untold millions to try to paint Kerry as indecisive, inarticulate, and unable to state his positions. He blasted those misperceptions, effectively negating all those millions...

We'll see how the poll react, but the victory last night clearly energized the Democrats and must have demoralized the Republicans. Still a long way to go.
