3.1M units priced at 11.30 Cdn entitled to first distribution paid on 11-15-04. Fair number of new shares to be absorbed. Also some older holders getting restless waiting for latest purchases to hit and help bottom line. A counterbalance is the newly created funds that have been buying many of the O&G trusts the last 3 days.

APF is a generating company, right? They don't have ownership of the ultimate source of energy, they are just converting it from carbon compounds to electricity. Such companies are susceptible to government price fixing. JMHO. I know too little to touch such stocks so I avoid them.
