Kerry meant he would "pass the global test" by always asking permission to defend the American people. That's why this avowed "internationalist" is so dangerous. He wants to place the USA under UN restrictions & admitted he would not take action in best interest of Americans unless it met global standards. You are aiding and abetting someone who plans to weaken the sovreignity the U.S.
