Bush spent days comforting FLA hurricane victims leading up to the debate, while Monsieur Kerry primped for the cameras.
Did you notice the empirical little wave from Kerry to the audience before walking to his lectern? He held unto Bush's hand so long after initial handshake that GW had to pull it away. During the debate Kerry had that silly condescending grin between questions, while GW looked weary of Kerry's theatrics.
