AS is a "true believer" when it comes to Kerry, but he takes on the worst of the wingnuts on their home ground, and therefore serves a valuable function.

This is not about some poster on this message board (and there have been some that are certifiably crazy on this thread). This is about who will do a better job for our Country going forward. Last night it should have become obvious to most Americans that that man is John Kerry.

Were you impressed with Mr. Bush last night...?

IMO, as CEO of our country he has let us down big time...He's failed to do his homework when making tough decisions (like going to war)...Bush looked like he was in way over his head last night...He was angry and unable to effectively defend his record...Kerry looked and sounded presidential...Mr. Bush has delivered record deficits, gutted environmental regulations, alienated the rest of the world and taken our country into a reckless and unnecessary war that has fueled more terrorism...It's time to FIRE MR. BUSH -- any responsible board of directors would have already done that..Yet, the right wingers and Karl Rove have hijacked CONgress and they fail to hold The Bush Administration accountable for their actions...It's up to the voters to get rid of Mr. Bush in November...Kerry is not perfect but IMO he will be a big improvement.

I keep AS on ignore - when I had ignore.. That said, AS was for Kerry as soon as he was a candidate. AS predicted Kerry would emerge as the candidate from the primaries, though a lot of the rest of us were less than enthusiastic, mostly ABB'ers. AS is a fanatic, just as there are Bush fanatics like Thomas Watson, CYBERKEN and MKTBUZZ.
