Bruce,

I think EP will pull back on Monday. If not Monday, then Tuesday with a high probability rate.

I think it can pull back down to 8.90 where it should reverse back to the upside. I give 8.60 as the low on a pull back if 8.90 doesn't hold.

I bought EP a couple of weeks ago and I put some trailing stops in place when I went to VA. While I was away, the stops were run and the price had a nice jump that day.

That's why I hate placing stops and would rather monitor close of the day quotes in real time.

Since I was going to be away from the computer for several days, I thought I was doing the right thing.

In any event, EP is still looking good technically. I do expect a correction but nothing serious knowing what we know now.

Bruce,

I'm getting back to you on my analysis of EP.

I said:

It did pull back the next day but it didn't pull back very far where it then went higher.

A word of caution on EP. I see a lot of selling volume showing up. So far there has been enough demand to absorb the supply.

You may want to set a selling price in advance just in case things start turning south. I don't see any sell signals yet, merely warning signs, specifically the large amount of sellers coming to market.
