Kerry clearly said he would NEVER let our military needs in any way be determined by a foreign interest. That said, if you want to invade a large country like Iraq and you have almost zero Arab-speaking men and not enough troops for the jo,b you'd damn well better wait until you can put together a wide coalition. It would also be a good idea to know why you're invading, not give 23 different reasons and expose yourself as a BS artist.
