Cli'ton predicted that US influence in the world would wane, and I think he did what he could to make it happen so as to help pave the way for a world government -- that he heads. I think he wants to attain greater power, as Sec. Gen. of a reinvigorated, post-scandel UN. Maybe his Clintonistas have been planting problems there so he can swoop in and fix them.
