Well said, Dave...You remember a few years back when American spent our lives and wealth defending Muslims in Kosovo against a "Christian" tyrant? Why are we not seeing anything like this in Islam? Why indeed, are we not seeing anything like this from Islam?

Wonderful post Dave. You've nailed my thoughts to a T. Without seeing Muslim's trying to weed out the cancer that is within them leads me to believe that they are sympathetic. Making enemies of people like me, who life-long have been tolerant and accepting of others different from themselves, is NOT the way to go. It gives the impression that there is no hope for peace by peacable means. I am getting to the no hope and nuke the entire region phase. The only thing that holds me back from total hatred is a suspicion that there just may be a lot of good going on in the area but our press doesn't see fit to let me know that.

Dave, it isn't Islam (the true meaning) it is the way Islam is being perverted by the radical Mullahs, Ayatollahs and other clerics around the M E... they(the Clerics) have for, hundreds of years, been bought off or paid for by the ruling tribal shieks, then Princes, then Royal families, and or any other leader of a M E country looking to stay in power... they have kept their people in the dark, so to speak, for centuries in order to sustain their own rule... they get the clerics to keep the masses fired up over the great satan, the USA, as opposed to thinking of their own miserable plight.... their(the Arab) culture and society is the greatest failure in modern history..... It will literally take several generations of education or re-education to get their thinking back on track and to get them into the 20th century.... regards
