The important data point was the defect density number of .25D/cm2. That's independent confirmation of the number I suggested you use. Plug that into the spreadsheet with the actual dimensions for Opteron and see what you get. Do the same thing for Athlon. Calculate how many wafers you'd need to produce ~1.2M Opteron die. Then figure out how many wafers you'd have left and how many Athlons you could produce.
