No doubt about that. Funny thing, I listened to the debate and afterward, before the spin cycle, I couldn't recall any convincing point Kerry made. Did you?

Bush was too repetitive IMHO, but I bet you remember what he had to say.

Perhaps post-debate spinning is more important than the debate itself. My axiom “don’t give them anything to spin and you win” may be a lesson to learn. Ask yourself if Kerry furnished the opposition with new inconsistencies to juxtapose to his previous positions? Yes sir he did. Not so for Mr. Bush.
