It is difficult to believe there are people like Kerry and his followers in this country. They would sell their mother for a bit of publicity and power. Kerry is STILL giving comfort to an enemy with his rediculous comments. If the comments were not so calculated they would be stupid. Just so it can be said a Dem is Pres they are anxious to see the downfall of the country. Kerry was a traitor in the '70s, proved he was unAmerican his time around the senate, and is telling our enemys to have patience as he will turn the country over to them soon.

c2, the only place you went wrong was to even bother to try to reason with those folks. They are left wing elitists who have cloistered themselves on a thread that deceptively claims to be a "moderate forum". They are completely intolerant of any idea that is to the right of their far left political beliefs. They consider those ideas right wing extreme regardless of facts or reality. I know because I tried to discuss the issues with them on that thread for several months. I would have been better off trying to discuss it my two dogs & two cats. At least they listen to me when I talk. Those folks don't even pretend to listen to opposing POV's, let alone facts & reality that runs counter to their inflexible ideology. :-\
