1. The US is right there on the list. 2. The list is also about conventional weapons. I may be wrong, but that wouldn't include chemical weapons. 3. My guess is it doesn't cover black op stuff like Iran contra, etc. My expectation would be that the US is the biggest military contractor in the world. What are we, just jealous that someone else is getting any business?
