Kerry referred to Ho Chi Minh as Vietnam's Geo Washington. He & Fonda are still extremely confused Americans who have a problem embracing the land of their birth. For whatever reason, they choose to believe the worst of the USA and instead give oppressive dictatorships more credit than they deserve.
