Cap, If a person from another country, any country, wants to become an American citizen, they should be American all the way. Whether any one likes it, or not, the language of the USA, is Americanized English, which has already incorporated many words from different cultures, countries, and ethnic groups. We have laid out the welcome mat to the rest of the world, and are entitled to the loyalty, and respect, of every one that chooses to become an American. If they refuse to do such simple things, they are not welcome here, by me.

Even though, I have had many Mexican friends that are dear to my heart, all Hispanics that come here to live, should be required to learn the language we speak. If one of us moves to Mexico to study, or earn a living, they are required to learn, and speak Spanish. If American women go to a Moslem country, for what ever reason, they are required to wear muslim garb in public. They expect us to do all the giving, and they do all the taking. I don't like that, one damned bit.

Any moslem that is not, or has not applied for, American citizenship, should be deported post haste, and labeled persona non grata. (probably didn't spell that right, but fugetaboutit.)

If they cannot speak English and dress western, send them back. We want those that believe the radicals are wrong. The others have been here too long. Sadly, they are in the majority of moslems

Sorry, but I refuse to believe that the majority of Muslims (or Moslems, if you prefer) that reside in the U.S. agree with, or support, the actions of the radical Islamic terrorists around the world. You will never convince me of that.

And yes, I agree that if you want to emigrate to the U.S., you do yourselves and your children a vast disservice if you do not learn to speak and write English, and insist that your children do likewise. As far as dressing "western", I could not care less how they dress. It is no skin off my nose whatsoever.

If there are any U.S.-resident Moslems who follow this board I respectfully urge them to comment.
