J.C. Watts is helping Pres Bush gain reelection. He's a wise American... although I'm starting to wonder about Joe Scarborough. Evidently Joe has been spending too much time with Chris Matthews at MSNBC. Scarborough is angry about conservatives increasing the deficit, however fighting terrorism cannot be done on the cheap. Joe had better temper his criticisms of GW from now until Nov 2 or he'll lose at least half his viewing audience. War on terrorism trumps budget deficits until the former are contained. When did fiscal responsibility stop reflecting conservative values? And just for the record, our deficit problems have as much if not more to do with the tax cuts than they have with the war.
