I think Carranzito should have free access.. We in finland has always loved our village-idiots and treated them with respect. That is because we have a 20-20-20 to 30-30-30% party system which any little village idiots can maybe improve but not swing (that is, not swing a funny 50-50% two-party system because of that party in the moderate middle) Minor, major math: in both 20-20-20 and a 30-30-30% situations, there is always those moderates (the number in the middle) ones to have fun with the 4-6% village idiots. However, they can have their lonely fun too as they usually are not neded for a majority governing coalition) They too know they cannot really upset a regular majority-coalition-government, so we (the number in the middle) and they just have fun. Luckily, what the world tries to achieve this century. Unluckily, what is not yet achieved in even some of worst multi-party systems, like Israel.. B.C. Canada is struggling, while Australia, New Zeland, Wales, Scotland, Both Irelands, and even little Malta already did (some of) it. citizensassembly.bc.ca PPS, Vladimir too, Russia actually has a pretty smart system, just like Afghanistan and Iraq might have, considering their assassination issues (like Kennedy, the rest, etc)....
