Just shows how his foreign positions are made up on the spot. And where are Mr. "I know that Osama Bin Laden attacked us! DUH!"'s foreign policies made up? The guy didn't know where the countries in Europe were when he was put into the presidency. The neocon's who control dubya have done more to screw up this country's foreign policy in such a short time that I'm not sure how Kerry could do worse. Our standing in the opinion of the world has declined precipititously, we are in a losing war that is costing us a fortune (without any REAL allies aside from England...and I don't think that Poland counts no matter what that idiot pretending to be president says), we now torture prisoners as a matter of policy (i.e. see Guantanamo Bay), and are creating more enemies by the day. Safer? Yeah, right.
